Brief Demos (5-15 min.) with volunteers and Laura– tending to parts that are present and want attention. You’ll experience IFS directly or as a witness. This is not therapy and group members agree to maintain Group Confidentiality.

This time together welcomes a kind-hearted group of folks from all over the world. The sessions are not cumulative, although the more often you practice, the more fluent and easily you can BE with your responses and emotions from a calm, curious, compassionate place. Feel free to invite others. All are welcome.
The meditations are woven from Internal Family Systems and Mindful Self Compassion practices. This is a process to help you experience spaciousness and curiosity towards your emotions and behaviors. This practice helps you be less reactive and more open-hearted, have more choices in how you respond to life’s stressors, and teaches you how to lead from the calm, wise, compassionate resource (IFS calls Self) within each of us.
