The objectives of the process group include offering a space for people who identify as Asian American to share their experiences and support one another, process difficult emotions around Asian American identity and experiences, and learn how to navigate difficult experiences that arise from being Asian American.  Topics will include transgenerational trauma and family relationships, bicultural identity and conflicting values, imposter syndrome, allyship and white fragility, and perpetual “otherness.”
