Mindfulness practice is essential for therapists, to hold space and provide body-based
attunement and presence for clients, and to provide ourselves with ongoing self-care.
This supportive group will include time for meditation as well as discussion and readings with topics such as self-care, personal meditation practice, mindfulness-based client support and approaches, and any other topics important to the group, and will provide:

-Support of ongoing regular meditation
practice

-Short guided meditations
-A place for self-care in the midst of your
day
