Co-Parenting can be very isolating and challenging as you navigate the new world of household transitions and seemingly bigger compromises.
Are you struggling with your co-parent?
- Have you been trying to parent your kids separately in two separate homes?
- Do you have different parenting styles that really create stress and conflictual conversations every time you talk?
- Is your child feeling the tension?
- Are you in a living nightmare where you feel like you’re never going to get away from your ex because you have to parent together?
Perhaps it’s time to join a group where you can learn different strategies to overcome these challenges — with others, who are going through them as well.
Who is it for?
This is an online ongoing group for people who are going through a separation, while learning how to co-parent where there may be huge parenting-style differences.
Discussions in the Group are topic-oriented and topic-suggested. I will be presenting both psychological themes and strategies to deal with difficult co-parenting situations (e.g., Are/were you married to a narcissist? What if you hate your ex’s extended family? Is your parenting style different and are you seeing those differences making your kids feel insecure? How do you deal with your kid not wanting to go to your ex’s home?).
