About

Have you tried abstinence and found it’s just not the right thing for you or that it’s not right for you right now?  Do you want to explore, either in individual or in group with others, your alcohol and other drug use?

Harm Reduction accepts that alcohol and drug users can make healthy decisions about their lives.

Harm Reduction Therapy helps you identify effective harm reduction techniques and be able to identify and navigate through the feelings associated with drug and alcohol use. Learn how to manage your drug and alcohol use by identifying what you want – and what you don’t want – from your drug and alcohol use. I offer dynamic and effective Harm Reduction therapy in both Individual and Group settings. The groups are often used by members as an Alternative to AA , NA or other more traditional treatments.

I provide individual therapy either as a adjunct to your current therapy focusing on the use or to clients wanting individual therapy by a Harm Reduction Therapist. I understand that most use is not addiction and that changing patterns of use, not necessarily abstinence,  is possible.  I believe that by changing those patterns, you can attain and sustain significant, positive changes in your life.
