About

Therapy can offer many different paths to healing. I am honored and humbled to be a part of of this process for you. Through over 8 years of practicing as a therapist I have gained an understanding that each client is unique. Therefore, your experience with me will be tailored to meet your individual needs as my practice is whole-heartedly client-centered. No matter the symptoms or circumstances, you can expect that I will join you in the moment and work hard to create a supportive and nonjudgemental environment in order for you to move through what is painful. I have a specialization and passion in working with adults, who experienced trauma and neglect as children and, who are desiring to feel more connected and whole in their day to day lives by utilizing the latest in neuroscience and attachment theory. I am also certified in The Developmental Model of Couples Therapy and The Gottman Method and enjoy working with couples and clients from of all walks of life.
