About

As a first-generation immigrant, I’ve gained an understanding of the multi-stressors that can bring into our daily lives. I have supported families and individuals to explore their strengths and overcome their difficulties. As a psychotherapist, I will guide you through resolving the pain of your past. Once that pain is laid to rest, we will then focus on your present and your future goals. My therapeutic approach is supportive, empathetic, interactive and direct. I do my best to show up as compassionate and solution-focused to helping you overcome your challenges. I value each and everyone of my clients with guiding them in achieving more peace and harmony in life.

I am experienced in working with children/adolescents. Since children find it difficult to express their needs and feelings, I incorporate various modes of therapy such as art therapy, sand tray, games and play to allow actual children and inner children to express themselves and work out their issues in a non-judgmental environment.
