Throughout my varied career journey, one thing has remained constant: my passion for helping people like you find their way. As a human and as a therapist, I know that not all things work for all people. So, I make it my work to get to know patients just like you to help them live confident, full, and unstoppable lives. My professional journey has seen me wear many hats, but my passion for helping people has been constant.
As a middle school math teacher, I realized that I liked talking more with students about their lives than math. Finally after searching for 15 years, I found exactly the way I wish to help people. Everyone deserves a non-judgmental listener.
I aim to bring authenticity into every session. I believe people carry the answers within themselves, and my role is to help them uncover those insights. I’m on a mission to delve deeper into Internal Family Systems, exploring ways to guide individuals through those parts of themselves they’ve shut off from the world and, more importantly, from themselves.
Therapy, for me, is a collaborative journey. I’m not here to hold all the cards but to empower you to find your way. Guided by the philosophy that “the answer usually lies in the middle,” my goal is for you to graduate from our time together feeling equipped to tackle life’s challenges with newfound confidence.
